Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026

This policy explains how Altoreva Inc. ("Altoreva", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information you provide through this website. Altoreva Inc. is incorporated in Canada, and we handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

1. Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly, through our contact form or when you get in touch with us:

  • Contact messages: your name, email, and message, along with any details about your property you choose to share.
  • Phone number: if you give us one — by including it in a message to us, by providing it during onboarding, or by calling or texting our business line — so that we can reach you about your enquiry or your account.

This site does not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies, and it does not build a profile of your browsing. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) to deliver the site securely and guard against abuse.

2. How we use it

We use the information you provide to reply to you — by email, phone, or text, depending on how you asked us to reach you — and to operate and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Sharing and service providers

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate this site and handle your submissions, under agreements that limit their use of it to those purposes:

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, content delivery, and form processing.
  • Resend: delivers the emails generated when you submit a form, so we receive your message.
  • QuickTalk: our telecommunications provider, which carries the calls and text messages sent to and from our business phone line, solely so that those calls and messages can be delivered. See section 4.

These providers may process data on servers in Canada and the United States, which means your information may be transferred outside your province or country and handled under the laws of those jurisdictions. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Phone calls and text messaging (SMS)

Altoreva operates a business phone line that can both make calls and exchange text messages. We use it for ordinary business conversation — answering enquiries, coordinating with the properties we work with, and following up on support requests. We do not run automated or bulk text campaigns, and we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How we obtain your number and your consent

We text only people who have given us their mobile number in the course of doing business with us — by asking us to reach them by text, by providing it during onboarding or in a service agreement, or by texting our business line first. We do not buy, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third-party lists, and we do not add a number to any messaging list without that person's agreement.

Opting out

You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message from our business line. We will send one confirmation that no further messages will be sent, and we will not text that number again. You may also simply say so in the conversation, or email [email protected], and we will record it. If you later want to resume, reply START or let us know.

Getting help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or +1 343-800-2136.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies: these are conversational messages sent as part of an exchange with you, not a recurring programme. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and third parties

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that provide support services — such as QuickTalk, the telecommunications provider that carries the calls and messages on our behalf — is permitted solely so that the service can operate. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Our full SMS Terms and Conditions set out these terms in more detail.

5. Retention

We keep contact messages only as long as needed for the purposes above, generally up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.

9. Contact

Questions or requests about this policy or your personal information can be sent to [email protected] or +1 343-800-2136.
