- Pilot applications: property name, property type, number of rooms, current systems in use, and your name, role, email, phone, and any notes you choose to share.

This site does not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies, and it does not build a profile of your browsing. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) to deliver the site securely and guard against abuse.
2. How we use it
We use the information you provide to review and respond to pilot applications, to reply to your messages, and to operate and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing and service providers
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate this site and handle your submissions, under agreements that limit their use of it to those purposes:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, content delivery, and form processing.
- Resend: delivers the emails generated when you submit a form, so we receive your message.
These providers may process data on servers in Canada and the United States, which means your information may be transferred outside your province or country and handled under the laws of those jurisdictions. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Retention
We keep pilot applications and contact messages only as long as needed for the purposes above, generally up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
